Take
2 egg whites and beat until fluffy,
add 1 cup xylitol and 1 tsp. pumpkin
pie spice mix. Blend together in bowl
and add a total of 5 cups of any of
the following ingredients. Chopped walnuts,
sliced almonds, chopped dates, raisins,
unsweetened coconut, unsalted sunflower
seeds, etc.. Mix together thoroughly
and spread out on greased cookie sheet
or baking paper approx. ¾ inch
thick.
Bake
in oven at 300 for approx. 20 min.,
if it stays in too long it will burn
easy (need to watch). After a long cool
down time it will harden up. Great Snack!
