cups rice or soy milk (no cow!)
2 Tblsp. really good cocoa powder unsweetened
(Ming prefers Ghiradelli or the cute
little Dutch Boy, aka Droste's Cocoa)
2 Tblsp. Xylitol
4 drops or 1/8 tsp mint or orange extract
(non-alcoholic)
With
a beverage hand mixer or in a jar with
a lid, mix/shake all the ingredients
until well blended. Pour into a small
saucepan and simmer on medium heat for
five minutes. Pour into two small mugs.
