Mix
ingredients in the following order.
Take one package of Wasa Rye crackers
and grind into a fine powder. In a large
bowl add 1 cup of wasa rye flower, ¼
cup ground flax seed, 1 cup xylitol,
1 cup dates fine chopped, 1 banana,
1 tsp. baking soda, 2 eggs, 1 cup hot
water, and mix all together in a greased
baking dish.
Bake
in oven at 350 for approx. 20 min. (depends
on thickness). You can also add walnuts
and other spices like cinnamon. You
can also make a cream frosting by mixing
4 tbs. of pure maple syrup ½
tsp. lime juice to 6-8 oz. of cream
cheese.
